Refunds/Cancellations for Spiritual Intuitive Readings & Services on The Spiritual Essence Online Store
All scheduled changes must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of advance notice, or you will be charged for the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No-Show” and 100% of the full cost of your scheduled service will be charged.
Note: Before the 48-hour cut-off, if you need to change or reschedule a spiritual intuitive reading appointment, reply to your booking confirmation email or email Spiritual Essence at SpiritualEssence.life@Gmail.comwith your appointment details.
All cancellations require an advanced seventy-two (72) hour notice. To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation email, or email Spiritual Essence at SpiritualEssence.life@Gmail.comwith your appointment details.
If your intent to cancel is not received via email in the required seventy-two (72) hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment.
It is your responsibility to review the confirmation email and the subsequent reminder emails for accuracy, including, but not limited to: time zones, telephone numbers, and emails.

Spiritual Essence will use reasonable commercial efforts to reschedule your reading appointment when your cancellation is received in the aforementioned time frame. All fees and payments are final. After a session, any payments made for appointments are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, and high-volume periods.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Private Readings
Spiritual Essence offers private readings to the general public. At the time of your appointment, we will contact you via Google Meet for a one-on-one session. Kindly provide your email address to receive the meeting invitation for your appointment.
Please be advised that we do not utilize direct messaging or chat applications to conduct readings. We urge you to promptly block and report any individuals impersonating our services.
No Gift Policy
For privacy, safety, and legal reasons, Spiritual Essence does not accept unsolicited mail, gifts, or packages. If any unsolicited packages are sent to us via parcel or any delivery method (physical or digital), they will be returned, discarded, or recycled without opening.
