Spiritual Intuitive Reading

We will contact you at the time of your appointment via "Google Meet " for a one-on-one session. Kindly provide your email to receive the meeting invite for your appointment.

Note: It is your responsibility to review the confirmation email and the subsequent reminder emails for accuracy, including, but not limited to: time zones, telephone numbers, and emails. Spiritual Essence is not responsible for errors made on your part or failure to correct the aforementioned. If you don’t respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, then that constitutes a “No-Show”, and there will not be a refund.

Reschedule: 

All scheduled changes must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of advance notice, or you will be charged for the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No-Show” and 100% of the full cost of your scheduled service will be charged.

Note: Before the 48-hour cut-off, if you need to change or reschedule a spiritual intuitive reading appointment, reply to your booking confirmation email or email Spiritual Essence at  SpiritualEssence.life@Gmail.comwith your appointment details. 

Cancellations:

All cancellations require an advanced seventy-two (72) hour notice. To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation email, or email Spiritual Essence at SpiritualEssence.life@Gmail.com with your appointment details. 

If your intent to cancel is not received via email in the required seventy-two (72) hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. 

A note on time zones: 

International clients (outside of US and Canada), please note that my scheduling system allows you to schedule in your time zone. Regardless of your city or country, it is your responsibility to pay attention to a.m. and p.m. For those accustomed to 24-hour clocks, 12 am is midnight (aka 24:00 or 0:00) and 12 pm is noon (12:00).

Confirmation emails: 

You will receive several emails confirming the appointment time, date, and your telephone number, among other details. It’s your responsibility to read these and verify their accuracy. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part and is not an excuse to miss a spiritual reading appointment.

Opt out of reminder emails at your own risk: 

If you elect to opt out of courtesy reminder emails and you subsequently forget to show up, this constitutes a No-Show, and there will not be a refund.

Wrong email address: 

If you don’t receive a confirmation email message after booking your appointment, check your spam folder. Failure to do so constitutes an error on your part and is not an excuse to miss a spiritual reading appointment.

Technical Errors with Google Meet: 

If either side is having technical difficulties, we will revert to a telephone reading instead. International clients will call me if this is the case. If you don’t respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, then that constitutes a “No-Show”, and there will not be a refund.

Wrong numbers:  

You will have multiple opportunities (through confirmation and reminder emails) to verify and correct your telephone number and contact details. If you don’t respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, then that constitutes a “No-Show”, and there will not be a refund.

All fees and payments are final: 

After a session, any payments made for appointments are non-refundable. I do not offer Gift Cards/Certificates. “Gifting” a reading (booking a reading for someone else as a gift) is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the booking. Only the person who is receiving the reading can book that reading for themselves.

Right to refuse service or terminate a session: 

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if a client is uncooperative, at risk of harming himself or herself or others, and/or if the client becomes abusive towards me.

Spiritual Essence will use reasonable commercial efforts to reschedule your reading appointment when your cancellation is received in the aforementioned time frame. All fees and payments are final. After a session, any payments made for appointments are non-refundable.
