Appointment Confirmation Notice
We will contact you at the time of your appointment via WhatsApp for your one-on-one session.
Please ensure you provide a valid WhatsApp contact number so we can reach you at the scheduled time.
Important Information
It is your responsibility to carefully review both your confirmation and reminder emails to ensure all details are accurate — including, but not limited to, your time zone, telephone number, and email address.
Spiritual Essence is not responsible for any errors made or for failure to correct inaccurate information.
If you do not respond within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

Appointment Policies
Rescheduling All schedule changes must be made with at least forty-eight (48) hours of advance notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in being charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. If you fail to show up for your session, you will be considered a “No-Show”, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
To reschedule before the 48-hour cut-off:

Cancellations
All cancellations require a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours of advance notice.
To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation email or email SpiritualEssence.life@gmail.com with your appointment details.
If notice of cancellation is not received at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate for your session.
Spiritual Essence will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your reading if your cancellation request is received within the required time frame.
Time Zone Awareness
For international clients (outside the U.S. and Canada), please note that our scheduling system displays appointments in your local time zone.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct time, including a.m./p.m. distinctions.

If you choose to opt out of courtesy reminder emails and subsequently miss your appointment, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Email Address
If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please check your spam or junk folder.
Failure to locate or review your confirmation email does not excuse a missed appointment.
Technical Issues (WhatsApp or Phone)
If either party experiences technical difficulties on WhatsApp, the session will be conducted via telephone instead.
International clients will be required to call in if such issues occur.
If you fail to respond within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Contact Numbers
You will have multiple opportunities — through confirmation and reminder emails — to verify and correct your telephone number and contact information.

Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
